My Reflection

I am learning to do rounding and compensating and doing Addition and Subtraction.It was hard because we had to think very very deeply.  We like to use rounding and compensating because it is easier strategy.

Comparing and Contrasting Information

My Reflection
I  have been learning to find information and compare and contrast it. We read an article about sharks.  I found this work easy because we had to compare the sharks so i did they easy parts first.
My next step is to practice comparing and contrasting.

Finding and summarising information in a non-fiction text

We are learning to find and summarise information in a text. I thought that it was hard beacause we had to come up with words that are good about sharks.I thoght it was easy beacause we  had to do they oppisite for the antomyms.

Comparing Characters

My Reflection

I have been learning to compare characters in a story.  We have been reading Who's a Big Bully Then by Michael Morpurgo.  We compared to two main characters in the story.  I found this easy because they were quite different characters and the book helped me.  My next step is to keep practising comparing characters. 

Pepha Slideshow

This is my pepeha.  I have been learning how to inrtoduce myself in Māori using my pepeha.   I've uploaded my pepeha beacause i thought that it would be nice to share my intrests.

Term 1 Week 8

Last Tuesday we went to youth town we had the best time. When we were doing caching I didn't drop a ball.Then Megatron let us go even ferther away me and kayde toke 20 steps  and then he let us even ferther.Then me and kayde took anther ten steps.  Then we went back to class.

Term 1 Week 7

yesterday we did a 100 word  challenge were we had  to write 100 words or more  I had a really good story. after that the bell rang for morning tea.
